Work Description

Mahagun City is an 18-acre luxury township project located in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, adjoining the Awas Vikas Colony, Betwa Bihar Pariyojna. Neelmurti Consultant & Associate carried out detailed land survey, topographical survey, site verification, and entry gate demarcation work for the project.

The survey work was executed using modern surveying instruments and field techniques to support accurate planning, layout development, site execution, and future infrastructure works. The scope included collection of ground levels, identification of existing site features, verification of land boundaries, and marking of the proposed entry gate alignment as per site requirements.
