Professional Work Description

Neelmurti Consultant & Associate executed the site survey, topographical survey, road-side layout verification, and demarcation work for a proposed petrol pump site located at Bhorsil, District Lalitpur, Uttar Pradesh. The work included detailed field measurement, existing site condition assessment, approach road and entry–exit alignment checking, boundary verification, and layout marking as per the proposed fuel station drawing.

Using DGPS, Total Station, Drone Survey, Google Earth reference, and AutoCAD drafting, our team prepared accurate survey data for site planning, development execution, and statutory submission purposes. The project involved marking critical site features such as building line, ROW line, road edge, entry/exit points, canopy location, fuel dispensing area, circulation path, and open land setbacks to ensure proper planning and practical execution on ground.
