Project Description
The Proposed Administrative Building at 15 MW Rajghat HPS, Chanderi, has been designed as a modern, functional and visually refined office facility. The project focuses on practical administrative use, smooth movement, proper parking arrangement, landscaped surroundings and a professional architectural appearance.
The design includes a single-storey administrative building with a clean contemporary elevation, wide entrance steps, covered entry area, large windows, open circulation space, planned parking, internal road movement, garden areas, boundary wall, entrance gate, pathway lighting and landscape development.
The complete design phase includes architectural planning, exterior visualization, landscape layout, parking planning, site development concept and presentation drawings. The project has been developed with attention to usability, aesthetics, safety, circulation, natural lighting and long-term maintenance.
